We may ask for some personal information such as your name, contacts and email address in order to properly respond to queries and requests made through our website. This information is kept protected through proper security measures.

You will be asked if you wish to receive additional information such as details of special offers, and an e-newsletter to keep you up to date on new regions and offers.  We will not bombard you with lots of email and protect your contacts from spamming.  We do not swap or trade the personal information you give to us. 

2 Bookings
The information you provide to us when making a booking, or when checking availability, will only be used to ensure your holiday arrangements suit your specific requirements and to keep you informed of the status of your booking.

In order to process your booking it may be necessary to pass on some of this information (such as dietary requirements, special requests, your name and address) to third parties such as airlines, our hotels and transport companies and so on.

Your information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.  In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on the relevant person.

We will not pass on your information to anyone not involved in your travel arrangements.
